One thing I’ve found interesting driving a bus, is that ANZAC Bridge & Ryde Bridge where I often have to cross 3-4 lanes of traffic, is -easier- to do in a bus than I’ve ever found it to be in a car.
Everyone*, and I mean -EVERYONE*- is so much more willing to drop back and give me space to merge!

(* Except Land Rover / Range Rover drivers. If anyone doesn’t make space for me to merge, including when my lane is ending so I kinda have no choice but merge, guaranteed it’s a Land Rover / Range Rover).

@bastardsheep My brother always said that there was nothing given so much space as a drab camoflauge army truck with a small sign saying DANGER - EXPLOSIVES.
