I don't see Trump's posts on Truth social, but I see them occasionally shared on Mastodon, and I sometimes read something about his posting binges. They all sound like a man desperately trying to convince himself (and hoping we'll buy it) that he's smart, handsome, and special; things he most definitely is not. #TrumpDementia
