Simple answer is all of them. I've watched it happen. The reps come in and leave things. The newer doctors take it to heart. The older doctors used to give me every sample they had on hand to save me the cost of prescription and get rid of them. If anything, what sticks out to me in this story is the doctor saying she treats via consensus.
