I think it's supposed to say - Clean lint filter in the machine - Put your clothes in, close the door - Press one of the buttons marked in white to select your program (there are two models of washers, one is missing the top right button) - No need to pay / Insert coins / insert banknotes / pay via paypass - Press the bottom right button to start (again, the machine might be missing the top right button) Though I don't take responsibility for any fires caused, limbs lost, or monetary damage incurred for following this interpretation, and I hope the designer had a similar disclaimer written into their contract. :3
