Update: Tindie worked for long enough that I was able to fill my order.
What does not work, however, is disbursement. So Tindie's just holding my money. How long? Well, they say "ASAP," but they also said this was a scheduled outage. So.

@cliffle scheduled downtime, perhaps some uncertainty for processing time to work through a backlog?
