there is flare , though it is gtk .
if only axolotl wasn't discontinued :( it was qt and quite nice .

@crystallinefire @knoppix95 @signalapp Gnome apps are a pain to get working if you're not running a full desktop environment. I've tried it several times; I'd rather deal with electron. 🤦♂️🥴
