For the "it's just more publicity for it" is shit because 98% of that anime content isn't the terrible written western push slop

The problem with yuri is the fact that in the west we have mentally ill people who've permanently poisoned the well with their incessant shipping of characters. We now associate yuri as a red flag for mental illness. The tourists ruin everything.
