I still don't know if this battery will actually pay for itself over its lifetime, but it feels good to not be on grid (99% anyway...) when it's working and it was kinda not really the point. TBH, the juries out on if the panels themselves will pay for themselves, but the recent reports of panels far outliving their expected lifespan gives me hope ;) #solar #greenEnergy
