I can accept an HR department filtering me before the actual technical people get to meet me and verify my capabilities. Fine. But someone using a tool they don't understand to prescreen people for jobs they ALSO don't understand? C'mon, this is ridiculous. Went from degrading to dehumanizing. Have half a mind to automate my applications and make them NEED that lossy compression filter bot
