@eljojo I am not really sure how I would know if someone is queer based not on their looks or attitude or the things they do or their beliefs really tbh! I don’t really have a sense of what queer could be outside some combination of those things.

    @cassey I mean it as in their looks, you explained how you use queer coding as a way to tell queer people apart, but there’s nothing inherently queer about queer coded things. society just decided that. you could be queer without showing any of those things externally. i see fragile masculinity as a fear that attitudes outside of your genders comfort zone will deprive you of your identity. this is the same, when we feel the need to be X coded, we project our bias that X means Y.
