I am re watching #Stargate SG 1. In S2 E19 a kid steals captain Carter knife and as she take it back she cut's herself. Later you can see, that she has a bandage around her hand. In S2 E21 you can see General Hammond giving her a note before going to the Stargate. Because he knows that she will go back to 1969, and meet him. An the note has information that helps them to get back home. But how did he know that she would go into the past at this exact moment? It's because when he met her in 1969 she still has the bandage from that knife incident, and he remember it. Also knowing when he has to give her the note. I love stuff like this.
