US Supreme Court declares "Fuck you, whatever I decide is law is law." Paving the way for any subsequent court to completely throw out existing law for no defensible reason. This leads to a legal circling of the wagons around fascism because without moral legitimacy, any loss of power will be met with reform and accountability.
