I think it's valid to criticise even without being able to make a better one — one can still argue about the validity of the statement being made or the style of the criticism.

@phl @forgetpassword Fair point. It just seamed a little harsh given Arcane Chat is a one man show, trying his hardest to provide a free app for people with needs outside Delta's basic remit. But, I take your point.
