@dgregor79 When the highest court is committing favoritism and ruling on the basis of its political bias it is no longer a fair court. An unbalanced court is a corrupt court by its nature and an insult to fair-minded Americans. It should be, without question, a balanced court rendering decisions on a justifiable consensus. Our Founders really screwed up on this.
