I'm also starting new a medication today, something to go along with my SSRI to help combat its side effects, because... Damn, wow, they're bad and they've slowly been getting worse, but the SSRI is helping my anxiety and depression so much. My resting heart rate went from 88 down to 61, so you can see the difference. It's a huge change for me, and I'm so thankful for it. Crossing my fingers that the medication helps me.
