@KevinFlynn Those that manage and control money have the most power. Next are those who manage people. Alas, at the bottom of the totem pole are those who manage _things_.

@gtsadmin @KevinFlynn Which is why we technically knowledgeable folk need to exercise what in International Relations is called 'soft power'. It feels wrong to need to because facts should be sufficient, dealing with squishy people goes against the tisms and is dismissed as 'politics', but that's how we get Budget and Schedule to get things done.
