@ratfactor thank you for asking, it's okay, I feel comfortable with appearing in that note. also, I feel similarly about your site in general. on a slightly dissimilar note, this place seems as good as any to express how seen and understood I felt when I read those of your writings in which you take a stance against the current race to the bottom in programming. I have stumbled across them in a time I needed to read them most. thank you.
