@Marcos @Microplastics101 @brainwagon information on Wikipedia can be used to plan a museum robbery but that’s not what the poster intended it for. I believe the responsibility should rest fully on the individuals that proceed with intent. If the only purpose is to break the law (nude apps for example) then yes but they would need to know it was going to be used that way.

    @passwordsarehard4 @Microplastics101 @brainwagon Is that "fully" I have a problem with: - obesity pandemic (processed foods) "you shouldn't eat it" - microplastics "you shouldn't wear them" - addictive software (adolescents committing suicide): "you shouldn't use it" However "responsibility should rest fully on the individuals" I wonder at which point anyone that is NOT an individual is responsible for anything Even in the rare cases when companies are responsible, there are no consequences for the companies or anyone involved (i.e Grenfell tower) There HAS to be responsibility from both sides. If your company makes AI driven cars that do well, THEY made them, however if it runs over my dog it's not them, it's YOU
