@sequentialsnep Was using Xbox, but switched to an 8BitDo Ultimate 2. I was originally wondering if I fucked up not waiting for the Steam controller, but then I saw that in D-input mode Steam can see every single input method on the pad, including the gyro, so it's mostly no touchpads or capacitive button touch sense, and I'm good with that for PC for sure. Edit: oh also I'd forgotten the Ultimate 2 has TMR sticks just like the new Steam controller, and has a feature the steam controller does not: mechanical toggle switch for the triggers to go from analog to clicky
