Come to think of it: Hey, Utah, this is a challenge. I’m a commercial website: I have some Amazon affiliate links on it. I say pro-LGBTQ, anti-right-wing stuff you say is harmful to minors. Either: 1. Come and get me, 2. Explain how my site is either non-commercial or non-harmful so that others can follow your guidelines, or 3. Explain why you’re ignoring flagrant scofflaws and letting them violate your totally Constitutional laws with impunity. Ball’s in your court, Utah.
