@krahabors@toot.lv I have some nice proper concrete pavers that I found just about everywhere on the farm. Four under a bee hive, four under a dog house, a bunch in front of the garden, etc. They're a manageable size and I like them. Currently keeping the weeds from growing along the foundation. Then I found some huge ones that have steel lifting hoops (mostly broken) and must weigh about as much as yours. I can't lift them and flipping them side to side is brutal on my back. They're part of why I'm building that excavator thumb 😆 Currently those are in a weird mess next to the house because my back said no thanks :P

    @yngmar@social.tchncs.de These ones are a local variety, most probably used as a path for pulling fishing boats over the sand. No idea how old, but really old, even the size is pre-metric - 61cm sqare, which is 2 feet. Another legend was that they were cast by german forces as a base for their anti-aircraft guns that were located right on this property. Anyways, I want to use the original ones as much as possible.
