I’m trying chickpea tempeh for the first time. #vegetarian #vegan

I am a huge fan of chickpeas so I’m not surprised I like chickpea tempeh better than regular tempeh. I crumbled it up and put it in the air fryer with coconut oil and some seasonings and then made a wilted kale salad dressed with sliced almonds, lemon juice, sesame oil & coconut aminos. I’m trying really hard not to use the stove and eat cold foods this summer. Sweating over the stove all summer in #Florida is foolish yet I’ve done it year after year.

@PermaSolarPotter Are you making it yourself? I like tempeh, but I've never made it myself.
