Yes, but it was listed before that for
$3,595,000, and it finally sold after seven months on the market for only $1,200,000.
The question is, what's wrong with it? I'm going to guess it's the stupidly high heating bill even in the summer. (And the stupidly large kitchen lights which don't hang over the prep areas.)

@Axomamma It sold for its estimated price so I think they were just WILDLY overestimating what it'd sell for previously
