@tea another approach that i love, which might take some time to get used to, is a Zettelkasten. especially with obsidian + some file sync solution, but i dont use obsidian because its not open source, all popular editors have plugins for it too tho
maybe look up what a zettelkasten is, it's a bit hard to explain but sounds like exactly the thing you're looking for

@tea and if you want an all in one thing, use nextcloud. it's a bit of a mess but has served me great, especially the thing where your todos/tasks integrate into your calendar and it offers a whole office suite if that's more your thing nowadays i only use it as a task tracking and caldav server, which it does great
