@Eiswald@poa.st i like making pasta a lot, it os so easy yo make and always comes out tasty and filling, not even lacking ground beef is an impediment to make bolognesa, all you need is a sharp cleaver, cutting board and a couple thin cuts, i've done it and mincing by hand is not hard just sharpen your knives.
