You can put a sticker over that one guy, just don't block the Resident Annual diamond and don't mess with the back of it.

Yeah the lawsuit cites a law that states the photo that won the photography contest has to be on the card. I saw a reddit post of someone talking about this and I guess if you renew your annual pass before these cards were issued, you had the option of them hole punching the older 2025 card which featured a bird from Everglades NP (which a park ranger also told me they did do this, but it's too late for me now) https://old.reddit.com/r/NationalPark/comments/1pq2m53/america_the_beautiful_pass_is_absolutely_beautiful/
