@drmaxlwilson Ah, I just saw that you wrote a longer article with more details. That's interesting and I wonder where it comes from. I have two well-meaning explanations: 1) authors with low confidence in their English skills may be hesitant to review (probably hard to extract from the data). 2) as a co-author, I reviewed 1 paper per submission but I don't know how much my fellow authors reviewed. I just assume they did their part. Maybe a "total reviews per paper" count in PCS might help
