I absolutely don’t want to question this judge’s competence or anything, but aside from getting the supermarket’s name wrong - which you’d think after two weeks would be a basic thing - I do wonder whether saying in the middle of final arguments that Woollies did nothing wrong is demonstrating whether you understand how the court process actually works.
