@outdoorsbeth I can't speak for the Sgitheanaich but when I was last up with the family 7 years ago, I spoke Gaelic to a lot of young folk who worked in cafes and shops. The folk who owned the croft spoke Gaelic with each other too. Was quite encouraging. Shame that's not the case for Lewis.

@MacNaBracha @outdoorsbeth It also depends on where you are in Skye I guess. It's strong around the college and in some villages like Flòdaigearraidh & Stafainn.
