You may or may not be able to, but you also don't have control over who does. Flock does. They can access the cameras whenever they want. Any police officer (local, state, federal, ICE, CBP, etc.) can too. And do you have control over access changes? Or can Flock push an update that accidentally lets anyone watch them?
