@glitzersachen But how can you change the system before removing those obstacles? If it was not for the Electoral College, Trump would have lost the 2016 election. The States go together with Disctrict-based voting, a system that could let a party with only (say) 30% of the electorate secure 90% of the seats in Congress. And can make a minority of 30% end up with 0% representation. And practially prevents the existence of more than two parties.
