@dammitjanet @FolksVelo yeh, I was shocked a few years back to discover just how fragile and “norms based” international law really is. I hope someone gets hauled off to The Hague for this, but the reality is that Microsoft will just lock them all out of their documents (they have already done such things, no joke).
