@lispi314 @josh @mike 鸿蒙 (Hóngméng/HarmonyOS) has the capabilities and what it calls PAC & CFI. The ad hoc clustering seems to also be ahead of the Western mainstream alternatives.

@nyc @josh @mike The main problem with it as I can see is that it's proprietary and would need a reimplementation as Free Software. I'll need to read up more on it, but on first glance besides that problem it sounds like it does things right.
