I guess the nice part about all these shitty SCOTUS decisions is that when the court is expanded (to match the number of circuit courts), Alito and Thomas (at a minimum) are impeached, and cases are re-adjudicated, the cries of “but precedent!” can happily be ignored through ironic use of the precedent set in the Robert’s court…
