@tessarakt @Exilsarahl Spannend in der Tat. Hat jemand mehr juristisches Bauchgefühl um abzuschätzen wie sehr das einen Effekt außerhalb des spezifischen Verfahrens haben könnte? Also mal unter der Voraussetzung, daß dieser Argumentation hier gefolgt wird.
