I'm playing FH4 atm and I feel that! The combination of NPCs always talking, the UI being locked while they do and the fact you can't lower the speech volume below 1/10 is pretty fucking annoying. I think FH5 was a bit better in that regard but it's been a while so I may be mis-remembering.
