Well, it's been about 6-1/2 years since I started HRT. Still amazes me sometimes how these emotions work.

@NicolaElle so with your experience, what is the trick? How can I have a break? Don't get me wrong. I'm excited by those emotions. First time I cry just because i heard a close friend's voice over the phone (after not talking with her 2 weeks) was a very pleasant surprise. Also the depth and the speed i can get over my head with new people can be positive but I also need to tone it down sometimes
