Folks not being able to get their meds is the next chapter. Imposing major tariffs on pharmaceuticals particularly those manufactured in or sourced from China would be nothing short of catastrophic for the United States. The American pharmaceutical supply chain is deeply dependent on China for raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and even finished drugs. Catastrophic. But hey, libs were owned.
