It looks a bit like a VIRM, with upstairs and downstairs, but has different colours, human says it is in Germany, I can't beep my OV-chipkaart and but it doesn't have a red stripe. Maybe a German plushie can tell which train it was?

@hapi @Weehaj That looks like a Bombardier Doppelstockwagen (Yes these ones are literally just called double decker carriage).
