I'm listening to a webinar from the Small Business Administration on how to use Claude as a small business owner (101 beginner level). The presenter is utterly slamming ChatGPT - and Sam Altman, too - saying that it answers everything overly positively in order to give you dopamine hits. She's also saying to not use AI as a search engine, and definitely not as a "doctor". And basically, just don't use ChatGPT at all. It's kind of reassuring, at least a tiny little bit, tbh - at least the presenter is surfacing some of the problems.

She's wrapping up now, and is noting that AI does not have intuition, does not have understanding, etc - and that a human must always be involved and make the actual decisions. Again, at least a bit reassuring to hear someone teach this stuff in a non-hype-y way.
