@oblomov I mean, sure. It's caught their attention and they're free to do what they want with it on their own terms. The license guarantees as much. But enforcement and compliance should never have to be a mainline concern.
Like, what's the end game for trying to get Arch in compliance? That's largely a hobby distro that should never see the light of a corporate server.
The law is just vague and uncompromising, hence you get people who just want to build surveillance infra without questioning why they're doing it in the first place.
