@Geri He's playing a risky game. Once you cross the line where *prohibiting* a march of 10k people doesn't *stop* a march of 10k people, you've lost the consent of the governed. He's already on the way out; he should shut up and stop making things worse, but he doesn't understand that's what he's doing.
