#running tip: When I first started running I read that fabric softener interferes with the moisture wicking properties of clothing so I started hanging my running clothes to dry. I think this also extends the service life of my running clothes; this is supported by the fact I’m currently wearing a shirt from a running store in Connecticut that I have not visited in at least 13 years.
