@yo3gnd I know right...at the very least, pop over to the community mailing list and say hey, we're giving you one more kernel release to nominate a maintainer and get a roadmap together to solve these three things... And then say "if you need some help learning how to work with the kernel team, we are here to coach you" That's what a healthy community would do. And maybe it wouldn't be enough..but hands were tentatively being raised, and I think the situation could have been stabilized.
