@Tak The counter-arguments to your point tend to, in my experience, mostly tend toward "the victims should have known better" because the counter-arguers are assuming everyone else is as terminally online as they are and so should see all the dire warnings. And while different people are vulnerable to different specific cases, anybody can be manipulated.
