Saw a feathery light littlw wagtail the size of a subtle suggestion dancing across a glittering stream yesterday. It was plucking morsels from among the surface layers of duckweed on a stream. Standing weightlessly on delicate wee feet like a magical challenge to gravity. Far too precious to photograph. Thats all I have. Some dodgy poetic imagery I wouldn't have had if Id been busy scrabbling with my phone camera.
