I saw these in #Aldi. Is this #vegan? It looks like it. A lot of these E numbers are just stuff like curcumin, anthocyanins and ascorbic acid.

E471 is the only one that might not be vegan, but it's usually vegan, as I've seen it in loads of things that are marked vegan or vegetarian.
I'm trying to get my head around a vegan London cheesecake. What even is a London cheesecake?

https://www.eastlondonhistory.co.uk/discover-the-traditional-london-cheese-cake-a-delightful-british-pastry/ "A London Cheesecake is a classic British pastry that consists of a flaky puff pastry base, filled with a layer of jam, topped with a coconut and almond sponge, and often garnished with a cherry on top. However, as seen in many modern versions, the cherry is sometimes omitted, focusing more on the rich coconut topping. Unlike its name might suggest, there’s no cheese in a London Cheesecake." #BritishPastries #UK #London
