Useless news for most people but the diagnostic/lint rust compiler internal API rework is now finished (minus cleanups) after 26 PRs! \o/ Lints now share the same code with the other diagnostics, no more weird intermediate types for lints emitted before the diagnostic system is created (looking at you attribute parser).
