Fedilore is again taking a jab at a marginalized community and stripping them of their own marginalizations. One of the issues is this sentence: About a week ago, a fairly new todon.nl user jumped over from BlueSky to harass a trans woman on fedi. The user in question has been here about 4 months and has fairly regular content including posting about their personal art. The user in question is also trans. They've again stripped this context in favor of making it look like "user" is harassing "a trans woman". They do this every time to make it seem like this is simply a cis person harassing a trans person. This is not the case. Another example of a sentence meant to strip context That harassment is based on a lot of very niche queer politics from Tumblr. The "niche queer politics" is hatred towards trans masculine people, sometimes referred to as transmisandry (but Anti-Transmaculinity is a better word). This again makes it seem as though a cis person is randomly budding into trans fem discourse, but this is not the case. The trans woman in this case is cmdr_nova who has a very very long history of implying or directly saying that trans masculine people cannot experience discrimination. This has been documented time and time again, including by us in the above thread. I am not going to post screenshots and I am not asking you to block anybody. They are not going to post screenshots because they know the issue is anti-transmasculinity and they can't sway people based on that. And they are asking you to block two entire instances, which is why they posted to the fediblock hashtag. I don't want to direct more harassment towards the person being harassed, and I suspect the person doing the harassment is a confused teenager. They are not quoting cmdr_nova because the issue is that cmdr_nova keeps posting really aggressive things towards completely unrelated trans masc people. Finally, implying that trans masc people are "confused teenagers" is a common tactic to imply that being trans masc is a phase and that "girls will grow out of it". A couple of people have now chimed in to defend cmdr_nova and say she's justified because she has screenshots of abuse from todon.nl, so we dug them up to see what they were. We'll post them here, so you can see they're not coming from todon.eu or todon.nl. That's what trans masc people do in the community to stay safe. We do the same thing for TERFs, racists, etc. That's what block lists are for. They're for community safety, and it sounds like cmdr_nova doesn't actually want to associate with trans masculine people anyway, so we don't understand what the problem here is. There's no proof that aucraptor is any of those sock puppet accounts and that's why todon.eu and todon.nl haven't done anything. Should there be proof, for instance all of these are signups from the same IP, we're happy to ban that user's IP, but thus far, we've not seen anything to suggest that. For good measure, here's some more posts where cmdr_nova continues about her disbelief in anti-transmasculinity and how experimenting on black people is a joke. The MK Ultra experiment included drugging Black people for over 2 months straight and is well documented, so we don't consider it a joke. We took screenshots of all of the posts above should they get deleted. We will still update our original post as she creates more accounts so that other people of color and trans masculine people can stay safe, but we otherwise won't do any more investigation here. This has been really taxing on both the trans fem and trans masc people who run this instance.

Its almost a daily event at this point I have to see some braindead take from some dipshit (usually white) mean girl that grew up on 4chan that's entire idea of feminism is "punching up at her oppressors" except she never actually does that she always just punches laterally at other vulnerable queer people...

@tootadmin@pizza.enby.city To be exact, I'm on the fediverse for quite some years now on and off and only recently switched to my current instance, because the owner of my previous one turned out to be zionists. But only a minor detail. And anyone calling me a harrasser for naming bigotry is a liar in this despicable smear campain against me where now fedilore also jumped in the train. Thanks for making this post! This fedilore person needs to be kicked out.
