I just learned that when ziggo said that I can upgrade to fiber for my home internet, they did not mean fiber to the home, but instead fiber to nearby and coax to the home ​:neocat_angry:​ It's still an upgrade from my current DSL setup, but I feel misled. And them taking twice as long as they told me to send the hardware is also not a good look (4 weeks vs 2)
